When you are going to represent something in front of the audience, do something that makes you happy. Like, watch your favorite TV show, read a book, or play your favorite video game to stimulate positive thoughts.

Give Up On Alcohol
They can help in temporary relaxation but not in long term improvements. Moreover, alcoholic products form a dependency in your life and that does not necessarily help you in social anxiety disorder.
